Ski Resort: St Jean d'Aulps

The ski resort of St Jean D'Aulps is a lovely, typically savoyard village with a small cable car which takes you to the local ski station, it has an array of bars and restaurants and all other local amenities you might want.   It is just 10 minutes drive to Morzine and 1 hour 20 minutes to the international airport at Geneva. This is a year round destination with the skiing and snowboarding throughout the Portes du Soleil area, walking, climbing, sailing (just 20 minutes away on Lac Leman)   A family resort in the Portes du Soleil ski area, Saint Jean d'Aulps offers skiers the grandiose backdrop of "le Roc d'Enfer" down to la Chèvrerie offering great view of Lake Geneva, the Dents du Midi and Mont Blanc.
