Finally !!! For a long time developers have been building and selling apartments in the Serre Chevalier area which are called "residences de tourism" or "leasebacks". Now at last, a reputable company is able to sell high end apartments with no obligations for management contracts.
This means the new owners will be able to use them an their own discretion and decorate them as they wish.

The new "Aguila" residence will be a small, high end property just on the edge of the village composed of 13 units of different sizes. It will be just 500 m from the heart of Chantemerle and the ski lifts.

The Area...

Chantemerle is one of the central villages in the SERRE CHEVALIER ski domain. It is quite typically alpine, and not overly commercialised. There is a good variety of restaurants bars and shops, and 2 modern lifts giving access to the 250 kms of piste on the whole ski area.

Serre Chevalier is one of the most "french" ski resorts of the top 15 in the country, with only a small percentage of lift passes being bought by non french holiday goers. It has a brilliant snow record, with a provencal climate which means more sunshine days than anywhere else in the Alps.

This “jewel in the crown” is one of the best kept secrets in the southern alps. Here the high tree line coupled with amazing off piste make it an all-round ski paradise. Unlike many other mountain resorts, The Serre Chevalier Valley is made up of many villages and hamlets as well as the town of Briancon, the highest town in France. Monetier Les Bains, the highest of the villages ,has a typical alpine atmosphere as well as having the beautiful open air spa baths. Here you can relax after a hard days ski and enjoy the magnificent views of the hanging glacier and snow capped peaks. Serre Chevalier isn't a purpose built resort and as such is an ideal place to consider having an alpine home with all of the facilities associated with normal living – transport, education and shops. At the same time this amazing resort is only a few kms away from hidden valleys, high mountain pastures and the vast Ecrin national park. Transport to Serre Chevalier is much easier than before with regular flights to both Grenoble and Turin airports.
