Les Contamines is part of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, which has 445 km of pistes, and includes neighbouring resorts of Hauteluce, Megeve, St Gervais, Combloux, and La Giettez, it has a great snow record and being higher than these neighbouring resorts, Les Contamines stays open for a few weeks longer each season, generally mid December to the end of April. The summer in Les Contamines is full of activities with walking, climbing, swimming in the local lakes, biking on the trails or in the bike park. The leisure park is just a few minutes’ walk away with lots of different outdoor activities on offer and a beautiful alpine lake complete with sandy beach to relax on during the summer. Days out to Chamonix, Annecy, or Italy are all easily accessible.
