If you want to buy an affordable move in ready ski resort business then look no further your property search stops here!!! The current owners wish to retire after having many happy and successful years running this Crepiere restaurant business with 4 guests bedrooms to rent.
The property dates back to circa 1900 and the current restaurant was created in 1978 when the owners made many changes to their home by adding new large double glazed windows and doors to the ground floor to create the shop. They have achieved an atmosphere inside this restaurant which is relaxing and quaint with much charm and originality offering clients a wonderful rest stop with beautiful 360 views of surrounding mountains, church spire and village roof tops.
The cosy fire place with its decorated hearth and interesting ceiling artifacts encourage visitors to walk in off the street and enjoy this friendly, welcoming retreat after their hard day's activities on the mountains. There is an opportunity if you wish to have an all year round trade due to the marvelous location of this property. During the summer months visitors can enjoy the sunny south facing terrace which is full of sweet smelling and brightly colored floral displays - picture perfect or snuggle up by the fire during the winter skiing months.
Accommodation consists of:
Basement /cave areas to the rear of the building accessed via door opening into the original garage which houses the central heating system, boiler, laundry hook up and gas cylinders. There is a WC with hand basin for guest use in this hallway and another door opposite leading into a workshop/ store room and newly built garage extension completed in 2004. This new garage is much larger in length than a car with an electric up and over remote door. To the rear of the garage is a door leading into the climate controlled wine room. A wall mounted air conditioner unit controls the rooms temperature and humidity at exactly 11 degrees. The extension also has a very spacious bike shed or ski locker room with ample space for guests to use. Saloon type swinging doors lead into the large fully equipped professional kitchen. The restaurant/ shop and kitchen areas all have large glass professional shop windows and doors which were fitted in 1978 .
